An exception from the storage package may be due to an excess of disk space or monthly traffic allocated to the storage package you purchased. In the management panel, the usage data for the package is indicated and you can see if there is an exception (an exception will be noted in use above 100%):

If you exceed, the system will alert you for a few days for an exception, and then an automatic upgrade will be made to a larger package. This will prevent damage to your site, so that if you are near the exception, this exception must be handled.
