To update your details from the management panel, Click your account name on the top right corner, and choose the first option – My profile

I want the tax invoices to go directly to my account manager

You can independently set up additional email addresses to which copies of the invoices will be sent through the system. All you need to do is access the admin panel > Click on your name at the top – to open a personal menu – > Select my transaction invoices > And add another email address to send invoices. Or alternatively on the home page – > Click on my invoices

If you have just purchased a subscription and are entitled to 30 days of experience in our system, the first transaction invoice will be sent to you after these 30 days of trial after being charged with a credit card that you entered upon registration ,tax receipt will be sent to the email which you registered with. Pay attention – paypal payers, the form of payment is manual and not automatic – enter the invoice you received to the email on the day of the charge, make the payment and the system will immediately send you a tax receipt.

Updating credit card information in the system

If you have a Invoice waiting for payment , enter the link sent to you, click the Pay Now button, and in the window that opens Enter your credit information .

Please note that when entering the credit details, you have the option to mark that the credit information will not be stored in the system. (Leaving the square blank means that the credit information will be stored automatically in the system for collecting invoices).

Second way – updating your credit information via the admin panel – on the top bar of the pannel Click your name > In the menu that opens, click ” My profile ” > Click the “ Update credit information ” and click Fill in credit fields . Click “ Save changes ” when you’re done.

Change storage package

This allows you to change your storage package in Standalone and at any time . (Upgrade or lower the package) to do this: via the admin panel ( All Sites ) > In the package name line – clicking the “ Subscription tools ” > upgrade subscription > You’ll see the details of the current package and the new package > Clicking “ Change now” will confirm this package change. After the change, the new data entered into our storage package can be automatically viewed.

3.pay attention – You can change the selection of the package in the List field under the heading “ New package “if you want to select a downgrade or upgrade to another package
